Job Details Title Executive Internship Category Intern Description Frankel Green Theatrical Management is currently seeking applicants for Winter Internships in: Executive, Finance, Company Management and General Management. Start dates: November 23, 2009 (or earlier if possible). End dates: late May 2010. In conjunction with Richard Frankel Productions, FGTM has been working as an independent theatrical production company and general management company since 1985. With partners Marc Routh, Thomas Viertel, and Steven Baruch, RFP produces plays and musicals, and FGTM manages and provides integrated production, management, and marketing services. Shows this fall include Stomp, Burn the Floor, Rock of Ages, Finian's Rainbow, A Little Night Music and a tour of Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein. Interns attend a weekly seminar during which staff members and other theatrical professionals discuss specific topics. All interns receive complimentary tickets to many theatrical productions. The dress code is casual and there is a creative working environment. Interns receive hands on experience in their area of interest. As jobs are generally hired from within, internships at RFP/FGTM have proven to be a great starting point for many theatre management professionals. These internships are full-time Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm, and a $100 travel/food reimbursement is provided. Interns must be organized, possess excellent communication and writing skills, have the ability to thrive in a high paced work environment, have excellent problem-solving skills, and are self motivated. Some responsibilities include errands, filing, faxing, copying, internet research, answering phones, taking minutes at meetings and various special projects.
